    Position Description:
    Do you have a proven interest in information technology and a passion for learning? If so, joining CGI as a Momentum Acquisitions ERP Business Analyst could be the ideal opportunity for you. CGI is actively seeking a business analyst motivated to grow their career in supporting Momentum proprietary software at a large federal agency.
    Candidate will join a dynamic and growing team providing Implementation and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to the client. Specific functions will include, but are not limited to, supporting delivery operations, developing client relationships, and working with team members with a diverse set of experience levels and skillsets. Potential multiple growth paths including senior subject matter expert and future team lead/project management opportunities.
    This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
    Your future duties and responsibilities:
    Provide quality client support by answering questions, identifying possible solutions to issues, documenting resolutions, and communicating guidance to end users
    Provide support for Momentum Acquisitions business process analysis and reviewing as is and to be processes impacted by implementation activities
    Develop your knowledge of our client's industry, organization, and business objectives. Understanding the business needs of our client, troubleshoot challenging solutions that include software issues, data issues, maintenance, and system configuration
    Gather requirements (business, functional, and technical) using collaborative, face to face working sessions with the customers, stakeholders, and the development team
    Develop and update system designs and training documentation
    Proactively bring issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions to solve them.
    Ensure the end to end solution is proven to deliver the required business results. Drive adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders.
    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
    1+ years of experience supporting Momentum Acquisitions ERP
    Experience working directly with clients and ability to lead meetings
    Proficiency in regular client engagement via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone conversations
    Software Testing experience
    Issue resolution experience
    Action Oriented
    Critical/Analytical Thinking
    Functional/Data Analysis
    Teamwork Experience
