    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 

    Myers and Stauffer LC is at an exciting growth stage, with technology at the heart of our strategy as we expand our government contracting practice. We are implementing Unanet as our operational platform, and this role is critical in shaping how our key business functions operate. As the Unanet GovCon Application Manager, you'll own the full Unanet GovCon product suite, including ERP and CRM, serving as a key partner across IT, Finance, Operations, and more. This is a hands-on role requiring product expertise, technical expertise, project management, and strong communication skills to drive meaningful business outcomes.

    Essential Functions and Primary Duties

    • Own post-go-live application support and maintenance for the Unanet ERP and CRM platform, including incident management, change governance in accordance with ITIL procedures, and administration of configurations, security roles, and user access consistent with SOX internal control requirements. 

    • Own the support and maintenance of all third-party integrations post go-live, proactively monitoring performance and data integrity and managing enhancements through the formal change management process. 

    • Drive continuous improvement and release management by monitoring Unanet product releases, leading internal evaluation and regression testing of new capabilities, and serving as the company's recognized internal subject matter and technical expert on the Unanet GovCon platform. 

    • Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, HR, Compliance, and Business Development to identify and advance process improvement opportunities enabled by the Unanet platform.

    • Manage the Unanet vendor relationship, including support escalations, SLA compliance, licensing, contract renewals, and roadmap engagement on behalf of the company. 

    • Unanet GovCon implementation - serve as the company's primary IT point of contact with the third-party implementation services provider - co-managing the project plan, coordinating internal stakeholder participation across all workstreams, and proactively identifying and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies. 

    • Support application configuration and process design by participating in or leading process design workshops with business stakeholders, translating requirements into optimal Unanet configurations, and ensuring all design decisions align with business objectives, GovCon regulatory requirements, and scalability needs. 

    • Own reporting design and development by partnering with functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements and supporting the build of operational and management reports within the Unanet platform. 

    • Design and deliver third-party integrations by collaborating with the implementation provider and internal IT to scope, design, co-develop, and test all inbound and outbound integrations between Unanet GovCon and external systems. 

    • Data conversion activities Serve as the IT point of contact coordinating the extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation of legacy data into Unanet GovCon in conjunction with the third-party implementation provider. Establish data quality standards and acceptance criteria to ensure accuracy at go-live. 

    Preferred Qualifications

    • At least 4 years of related experience.

    • Supervisory experience.

    • Ability to travel based on business need. 

    • Experience with Unanet ERP GovCon and CRM GovCon products or similar product suites.

    • ERP implementation experience.

    • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools commonly integrated with ERP product suites (e.g. Power BI).

    • Understanding of government contracting business processes including project accounting, cost pool management, DCAA compliance, FAR/DFARS requirements, and indirect rate structures.

    • Project Management experience along with strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
