Job Summary:

Conduct regular patient rounds and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure highest quality of care

Foster a positive work environment and assist with team-building initiatives

Participate in staff training and development programs

Review of nursing documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies

Address and resolve any patient care concerns or complaints

Provide leadership in a high paced working environment primarily on the evening shift

Requirements

BSN required

Current RN license with psychiatric nursing experience and with some experience in management preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Schedule information: Part Time position, schedule Monday through Friday with some flexibility around hours and every 3rd rotating weekend. Some flexibility with hours on the weekend rotation.
