Job description

Job Description
1. Adheres to all Bechtel Construction Services and Bechtel safety procedures and protocols. Identify practices and conditions that are safe as well as those that are at risk and provide appropriate, on-the-spot corrective action if needed.
2. Works from ground and/or aerial devices.
3. Inventories against purchase order to ensure proper equipment and/or materials are received in satisfactory condition.
4. Stores, retrieves, loads and unloads all types of materials from storage bins, pallets and vehicles.
5. Coordinates the storage and movement of equipment/materials between projects, project departments, and/or a warehouse or other approved facility.
6. Upon receipt of equipment/material request from a project, retrieve and issue equipment/materials and maintains appropriate records of movements.
7. Moves equipment/materials from warehouse and prepares for delivery to/from the project.
8. Pulls materials for jobsite requirements and/or material move request.
9. Stores equipment/materials in designated areas/facilities and maintains appropriate records.
10. Receives and resolves incoming requests involving transaction discrepancies reported by projects.
11. Reviews project requests and remedies out of stock delays and/or mis-shipments.
12. Keeps running log of all consumable items used and reorders as needed.
13. Maintain various warehouse locations as required.
14. Tracks inventory, maintains accurate inventory levels, and investigates discrepancies.
15. Controls inventory and confirms that physical inventory matches system inventory by performing full and cycle inventory counts.
16. Runs inventory analyses to solve inventory issues and reconcile discrepancies.
17. Adhere to Bechtel Standard Work Processes and Procedures (SWPP's).
18. Bechtel Construction Services reserves the right to assign jobs and tasks not specified above.
19. Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in the applicable discipline.
