Job description


1. Must have a valid driver's license
2. Must be able to work in the United States and successfully pass all pre-employment tests, including drug and alcohol screening.
3. Strong, safety-oriented mindset.
4. Must be willing to adhere to Bechtel's Zero Incident policy.
5. Will be subject to random drug-screens.
6. Desire 15 years of industrial construction equipment mechanic/inspector experience.
7. Must be able to follow directions and guidance.
8. Understand work priorities and schedules.
9. Complete planned work on schedule.
10.Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
11. Have a working knowledge of iPad for taking photos, generating emails, and other web-based applications.
12. Have an in-depth functional knowledge of various types of construction and automotive equipment. Provide detailed inspection reports based off findings from equipment inspections and input photos and details into web-based equipment management system.
13. Coordinate repairs identified from findings with various vendors.
14. Must be able to travel 100% of the time.
15. Provide all travel receipts and timesheets daily.
16. Operate vehicles in compliance with all local, state, and federal motor vehicle regulations.
17. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
18. Must adhere to all Bechtel core procedures and standard working procedures.
19. Candidates must possess an innate willingness to learn and expound on previous experience in the automotive and construction industry
