    BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN)to join the Medical/Surgical Neurology Unit at Winter Haven Hospital. Winter Haven Hospital is recognized for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and improving the health of the communities we serve.
    Position Summary
    The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, prioritizes patient needs, and ensures safe, high-quality care on a Medical/Surgical Cardiac unit.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice
    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on plans of care
    • Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to support staff
    • Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age
