Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform specific surveillance duties in accordance with established procedures, to protect the integrity of the company's operations, as well as the security and well-being of customers, employees, and company assets
  • Report all illegal and/or unusual activities to the Supervisor
  • Operate all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, the network system, monitors, computers, and cameras as assigned. Use of spreadsheets, databases, word processing programs required
  • Observe, report and record all daily casino and land-based activity using closed circuit television monitors to identify, illegal or unusual activities occurring on property
  • Work in partnership with the Security Department to ensure protection of customers, employees and company funds and assets
  • Prepare and complete all daily activity reports and incident reports as required and directed by Surveillance Management
  • Perform all duties and follow all instructions as assigned by Surveillance Management
  • Safeguard all confidential information and maintain department confidentiality
  • Must be able to sit in a quiet environment for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to visualize distance, color, depth perception and adjust focus
  • Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs
  • Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke and loud noises
  • Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
  • Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
  • Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Work Environment:

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
