Server - Food Banquets

Job Category: Food - Front of House

Full-Time

Rate: $17 USD per hour

Location: Evansville, IN 47708, USA

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, maintains proper dining experience, delivers items, fulfills guest's needs, up sells items, offers drinks and desserts, removes courses, refills drinks and replenishes silverware.
  • Takes orders and sends them to kitchen staff through the POS system.
  • Has a working knowledge of the menu, promotions, special events and other property information.
  • Helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant by completing the mandatory side work designated by manager on duty.
  • Accurately collects money for orders served and follows point-of-sale procedures accurately and gives receipt to patron.
  • Performs opening/closing duties as designated by the manager on duty.
  • May assist with casino restaurant with food prep, food handling, stocking, and cashier duties as needed.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
  • Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming and ATC (state) regulations as well as internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
  • Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
  • Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Work Environment:

The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
