    Software Project Management Advisor

    As a Software Project Management Advisor, you will be responsible for leading the execution of Baker Hughes Cordant Software projects across the Cordant Asset Health, Cordant Asset Strategy, and Cordant Process Optimization portfolio.

    In this role, you will coordinate project scope with key stakeholders, define project milestones, and drive execution excellence through effective planning, resource coordination, and customer engagement. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully, meeting contractual commitments, financial objectives, and customer expectations.

    As a Software Project Management Advisor, you will be responsible for:

    • Coordinating project scope, planning milestones, and driving execution efficiency through effective project planning and resource management

    • Developing execution strategies and roadmaps, including defining objectives, timelines, and resource allocation plans

    • Engaging with customers and stakeholders to align project scope, priorities, and delivery plans with contractual requirements

    • Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication throughout project execution

    • Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery outcomes

    • Owning project financials, including revenue recognition, invoicing, change orders, and budget management

    • Monitoring financial performance and ensuring cost elements are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle

    • Tracking project progress against milestones, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions when required

    • Providing regular project status updates and reporting to customers, stakeholders, and leadership teams

    • Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with project objectives and customer expectations

    • Managing project changes related to scope, schedule, and resources while maintaining proper documentation and communication

    • Analyzing project outcomes and lessons learned to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future delivery excellence

    • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

    • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital and Software Project Management

    • Have proven experience analyzing and resolving complex business and project challenges

    • Demonstrate the ability to successfully lead programs and projects in a customer-facing environment

    • Possess established project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
