Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years experience
  • Motivated self-starter and problem solver
  • Experience with product development and support of electronics equipment
  • Solid fundamentals of digital/analog/mixed signal electronics and interface/communication standards
  • Experience with electrical engineering development software tools
  • Understanding of electronics manufacturing and test methodologies
  • Experience with python, C, or programming languages for test execution understanding
  • Strong "hands on" laboratory experience with instrumentation, equipment, and processes
  • Experience with debugging hardware using multimeters, oscilloscopes, digital signal analyzers
  • Leadership capabilities in team environments with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented person with good time management skills to be able to prioritize problems/actions in a team environment
  • Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

Preferred Skills and Education
  • MS in Electrical Engineering
  • Current experience with Cadence electrical engineering development tools
  • Experience with lasers, IR, and other detection and imaging technologies
  • Experience in designing Power Supply circuits
  • Familiarity with JTAG protocol
  • MATLAB/Simulink tool experience
  • Familiarity with image and signal processing techniques
  • Active DOD security clearance
