BAE Systems is looking for a deputy SEIT Lead to join our Advance Compact Electronics Solution's Product Line Systems Engineering Department in Nashua, NH.
This role will be responsible for collaborating internally across functions and externally with our industry partners and customers under guidance of an experienced SEIT-L to plan, prepare, and execute the development and qualification of an Advance Compact Electronics Solution.
This deputy SEIT Lead must be a motivated team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities and people skills that support collaboration across multiple disciplines within the business. Other responsibilities of this role include assisting with project planning and execution, and management / development of the assigned workforce. The applicant must have successfully demonstrated project and personnel leadership skills in prior assignments.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems customer facility 100% of the time.

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field, or equivalent experience in a relevant field with a minimum work experience of:
- 8+ Years with BS
- 6+ Years with MS
- 4+ Year with PHD
- Experience leading engineering teams in a development or R&D environment
- Working knowledge of the product development life-cycle, Design For Manufacturability, Design for Test, Design for Sustainability, and RF or EW Systems
- Possess an active Secret clearance
- Experience supporting programs developing Electronic Warfare, RADAR, or RF Communications Systems
- Knowledge of, or interest in learning Cost Account Management
Preferred Skills and Education
- Ability to lead Test Engineers while successfully collaborating with other managers or engineers from other disciplines
- People skills that support collaboration across multiple channels
- Motivated, team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to estimate cost & schedules and manage projects
- Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree
