Key Responsibilities
  1. Leads large physics teams in design experiments & data analysis
  2. Multi modules scale system design manufacturing and validation in the lab and in the field
  3. Oversees and approves design reviews and research and analysis results
  4. Initiates and leads high level / complex physics related system issues in the lab and in the field.
  5. Initiates and leads product roadmap activities
  6. Oversees HR processes of recruit / evaluation / physicists promotion
  7. Responsible for several specific physics fields knowledge:
  8. Instructs physics team leaders
  9. Responsible for labs infrastructure and design

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
