Our Chemprene location of the AMMEGA Specialty team, we are currently looking for a/an Operator I.Â
As an Operator I, you will be responsible for proficiency in one or two of the following machines: Rotocure, Presses, Laminator, Slitters, Wrapper, Unwrapper, and Warm Up Mill. You will report to the Production Supervisor and be part of the Production Team. This role is based in Beacon, New York.

A day in the life of an Operator I can look like:Â
    Tests all safety devices/emergency stop buttons at the start of each shiftÂ
    Conducts safety audit of area at the start of each shiftÂ
    Completes Hoist Safety Checklist at the start of each shiftÂ
    Notifies Supervisor of any safety hazard found during shiftÂ
    Reviews production schedule and verifies expectations for the shiftÂ
    Reads process route sheet (PRS) to determine specifics of job scheduledÂ
    Gathers appropriate material for job (poly, shells, etc.)Â
    Operates machine according to Standard Operating ProceduresÂ
