Job Summary:

They are seeking an Associate for their Digital Finance Transformation team to help private equity portfolio companies modernize their finance functions through data environments, automation, and analytics-driven tools.
Responsibilities:
• Help private equity portfolio companies accelerate digital enablement within the finance function—modernizing data environments, automating processes, and building analytics-driven tools that create measurable business impact.
• Work directly with CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A leaders to design, implement, and operationalize digital solutions that improve performance, transparency, and scalability.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3-6 plus years of professional experience; consulting or professional services experience preferred.
• Advanced Python programming experience, including familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric).
• Experience with ETL/orchestration tools (Dagster, Temporal, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Fivetran, Matillion).
• Demonstrated ability to develop lightweight finance applications using Streamlit or Retool.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts, including forecasting, working capital management, and three-statement modeling.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to translate between finance and technology teams.
