Work Schedule : Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. The Opportunity

The Executive Administrative Assistant - Treasury maintains schedules and travel, and prepares documents (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation graphics) for executive(s) while working under general supervision. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

The Work Itself

• Coordinate calendars for assigned Executive and Senior Director(s).

• Prepare and proof correspondence, reports and other written material and prioritize work assigned to meet individual goals of the executive(s).

• Prepare detailed presentation materials to meet deadlines, while coordinating input from various departments.

• Coordinate travel arrangements for Executive and Senior Director(s) and other personnel as required.

• Schedule various in-house and outside meetings (including luncheon meetings) as required.

• May produce expense reports for department.

• May process invoices for payment.

• Assist with special projects, reports and activities.

• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Highly preferred: 3+ years of previous administrative experience.

• Highly preferred: Bachelor's degree.

• Highly preferred: Previous administrative experience within a Financial Services institution.

• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency.

• Special skills / abilities / competencies required:

Base Pay Range

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation:

This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
