The candidate needs 5-7 years of experience in Automated Testing and specific experience with QTP.

Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience writing test plans and test cases from project specifications.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be able to write and create QTP automation scripts (not just running them)
