We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representative. This full-time position offers a competitive salary structure, including a base salary ranging from $36,000 to $42,000 per year, based on experience. With commission opportunities ranging from $10,000 to $60,000+ annually, plus bonuses averaging between $2,000 and $10,000+, the potential for earning is substantial.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License (if not already licensed).
  • Preferred candidate would already be Licensed in Property and Casualty or Personal Lines / have insurance experience but we have a reimbursement program available for getting your license.
  • Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Sets ambitious targets and works diligently to surpass them.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
