About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Tunnell Agency s a Licensed Customer Service Agent! In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs while contributing to a supportive and thriving work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries and coverage options.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently.
  • Provide accurate quotes and information to potential customers.
  • Educate clients on insurance products and services.
  • Maintain client records and documentation with attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Wisconsin insurance license.
  • Previous experience in customer service with Allstate preferred.
