This primarily a customer service role with cross selling opportunities. Licensed applicant's base salary will be from $50k-$52k based on experience. First year commissions are expected to be around $5k.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service to our clients by handling inquiries and addressing concerns related to insurance policies.
  • Policy Updates: Assist customers in understanding policy changes and updating their accounts as necessary.
  • Documentation: Process policy documents, applications, and amendments with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high degree of satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must possess a current Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License. Unlicensed applicants will not be considered.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage customer inquiries effectively.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable navigating various software applications and CRMs efficiently and independently, with a particular focus on remote collaboration tools.
