As a Security Guard Driving Patrol in Cherry Hills Village, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting residents and visitors. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor residential community access points and observe visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity in accordance with established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential grounds, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify property concerns.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming residential environment and following Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
