Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring a Warehouse Portfolio Manager on behalf of our client. This role supports warehouse lending operations by managing portfolio activities, assisting with credit reviews, monitoring loan performance, and partnering with internal teams to support business growth and risk management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage banking, warehouse lending, or portfolio management, with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with relationship management teams to support client strategies and business execution.
- Coordinate collection and review of customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with preparing materials and presentations for credit approval processes.
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for performance trends, compliance requirements, and potential risks.
- Support business development efforts through market research, industry insights, and opportunity identification.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination related to marketing activities, industry events, and business initiatives.
- Serve as a communication point between sales teams, relationship managers, operations teams, and client service groups.
- Provide ongoing customer support and assist with day-to-day portfolio needs.
- Participate in additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage banking, mortgage warehouse lending, portfolio management, or a related financial services environment.
- Understanding of mortgage origination processes, capital markets, and loan sales activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
