What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Associate Product Designer plays a key role in bringing innovative, performance-driven products to life across the Titleist Gear, Club Glove, and Links & Kings franchises. Working under the guidance of the Design Manager and Senior Designers, this role contributes to the creation, development, and refinement of new product concepts using a blend of art, design, graphic, and 2D/3D CAD skills. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional product design and development teams to translate form, function, and brand intent into commercially viable solutions that align with critical timelines. Through hands-on concepting, prototyping, research, and documentation, the Senior Associate Product Designer supports IP efforts, participates in design critiques and vendor engagements, and continually expands technical and creative expertise. With a strong passion for golf and travel gear, this role helps drive thoughtful design, material innovation, and visual storytelling that elevate product performance and presentation from inspiration through commercialization.

What You Bring
  • B.S. or B.A. in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a closely related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in product design or a related role.
  • Proficiency in computer-based design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and 3D CAD software such as Fusion 360 and/or SolidWorks; experience with 2D and 3D prototyping methods including sketching, model making, painting, and hands-on fabrication.
  • Familiarity with product design and development processes, materials, construction methods, engineering design techniques, and market trends; PLM experience is a plus.
  • Strong project milestone and product calendar management skills with the ability to meet timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Associate-level knowledge of golf and travel gear design preferred, passion for golf gear and golf culture highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities and a genuine interest in how products are made, including processes and materials.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel may be required; minor physical activity including lifting and carrying product samples.

Pay Range: $78,831.00-$98,486.00
