    We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Strategic Pricing Manager to join our Strategic Pricing team in Jacksonville, Florida.

    The Manager, Strategic Pricing supports B2B client facing pricing strategy and execution, partnering with business leaders and client development teams to structure commercial solutions for complex service-based engagements.

    This role is responsible for developing pricing models, guiding deal strategy, and ensuring alignment across financial, operational, and contractual elements to drive profitable and competitive outcomes.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
    • 8 to 12+ years of experience in pricing, finance, strategy, or commercial roles
    • Experience supporting client facing business development and complex deal structuring
    • Master's degree preferred

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

    • Strong financial and strategic thinking with the ability to connect pricing decisions to overall business outcomes
    • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
    • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex topics to leadership and clients
    • Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
    • Deep understanding of deal structuring, including pricing models, staffing assumptions, and contract considerations
    • Ability to operate independently and lead pricing workstreams across multiple high-priority deals
    • Strong cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
    • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and process discipline
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
    • Experience in CPG, retail, or brokerage industry preferred

    • Lead the pricing workstream for RFPs, renewals, new business, and scope changes, owning financial modeling, pricing recommendations, and overall deal support from initial strategy through final approval.
    • Partner with business leaders, finance, legal, and deal desk to structure pricing, service scope, and commercial terms that align with client objectives and company profitability targets.
    • Translate business requirements and client needs into pricing strategies that balance competitiveness, profitability, and operational feasibility, while providing clear recommendations and influencing decisions on key deal tradeoffs. 
    • Ensure pricing integrity by reviewing assumptions, validating profitability, and maintaining consistency across deals.
    • Identify risks related to scope, cost structure, and contract terms, and provide recommendations to mitigate exposure and improve outcomes. 
    • Manage and apply cost of living adjustments across client agreements, ensuring alignment with contract terms, accuracy, and consistency.
    • Maintain disciplined pricing workflow and governance by tracking deal progress, documenting assumptions and approvals, and ensuring a clear and auditable record of pricing decisions. 
    • Continuously improve pricing models, tools, and processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
    • Prepare clear, concise pricing materials and presentations to support leadership discussions and client engagements, and provide analytical support on pricing, profitability, and strategic initiatives as needed.
