Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership and direction to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and cost control, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
