    GDC is a Data as a Service (DaaS) company with a cloud-based platform for global electronic identity verification. For businesses that need to know the identities of customers all over the world, we provide one point of access to local, in-country reference data for instant verification.
    The market for global identity verification is growing rapidly. More bank accounts are opened online. More money is transferred across borders. And more merchants are registering to sell on international marketplaces.
    The companies behind these services need to verify the identities of people in every country in order to satisfy government regulations or reduce the risks of fraud. More and more they choose electronic verification for its quick speed, low friction and low cost.
    GDC provides our clients with one point of access for global electronic identity verification with the most countries, the deepest population coverage and the widest selection of data elements to verify against.
    Job Description
    The Automation and ABM manager will contribute to GDC by owning the strategy and implementation of effective Account-Based Marketing programs. The goal of the program is to meet the business objectives of GDC, with emphasis on driving pipeline generation from a top target account list and specific current customers. This role will also be responsible for, and assist with, various industry events globally.
    The role will also be responsible for all email and marketing automation. In the automation portion of this role, you will create and manage all email workflows to database leads and customers. You'll build and maintain reporting to understand the impact of Hubspot workflows on the sales process. You will also monitor email performance, deliverability rates, and overall effectiveness and make adjustments as needed. You will build and refine email and ABM campaigns for all of GDC's target segments.
    This role will report directly to the Vice President, Marketing. This is a full-time position. Compensation is based on experience and includes stock options and benefits.
    Your day-to-day
    • Execution of Account Based Marketing strategy
    • Ownership and management of Account Based Marketing platform
    • Creation of email marketing workflows, automation and continued daily optimization via Hubspot
    • Develop, and assist in the creation of, supporting campaign content
    • Execute nurture programs aligned with sales stages
    • Build, enrich, and maintain our target account database
    • Develop and manage an account-based marketing plan
    • Self-starter mindset
    • Partner with members of the marketing team on a variety of campaigns
    • Tracking of all ABM metrics to show business impact and results of all campaigns and tactics including building dashboards and reports
    • Ability to manage project timelines and resources
    • Manage and assist with all events globally
    • Work closely with other members of the GDC marketing team to ensure alignment
    • Assist Sales Executives in account engagement
    • Own lead data base tool integration and management

    Qualifications
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing to the enterprise, specifically ABM and/or automation
    • Experience with customer journey mapping and marketing segmentation
    • Desire to be part of a growing, high energy, dynamic company
    • Multi-channel B2B marketing experience
    • Comfortable working in a hybrid remote/in-person environment
    • Experience building and delivering of ABM campaigns
    • Experience building and managing email automation workflows
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
    • Attention to detail
    • Proficient in CRM (Hubspot/Marketo, etc.) and ABM tools (Demandbase, Triblio, Terminus, etc.)
    • Knowledge of online advertising (SEO, PPC, Display, etc.)
    • Experience in WordPress
    • Written and verbal English proficiency
