What You Will Contribute at Worldpac 

  • Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to Branch Operations Managers and their management team.   

  • Maintains positive working relationships with peers and Regional Sales Managers through regular communications and sharing of customer and market information.   

  • Regularly evaluates Branches and delivery route productivity to meet customer expectations, and initiates improvements while increasing sales and reducing expenses.   

  • Monitors profit and loss statements of Branch operations and maintains budget and approving expenses.  

  • Formulates and recommends operational policies and programs that maintain and improve the organization’s competitive position and profitability.    

  • Frequent travel is required for this position.   

What You Should Have 

Education: High school/secondary school diploma or GED equivalent.  

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.   

Must-Have Skills:   

  • At least 4 years of prior leadership experience in a warehouse related field.   

  • Has a general knowledge of all aspects of the Branch.   

  • Understanding of P&L.   

  • Must be available for frequent travel.   

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.   

  • Eligible to work within the country for which you are applying 

  • Comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).  

  • Extremely organized and demonstrates the ability to prioritize effectively.   

  • Have excellent multitasking ability and demonstrated self-starter.   

  • Willingness to continue to evolve and develop personal skills to meet the changing environment. 

  • Exceptional management and leadership skills.   

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.   

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.   

  • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.   

  • Extremely motivated with creative ideas.  

  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, multiple branch locations and managers.   

  • Adaptable to a changing environment and capable of embracing the continuous improvement process.    

Physical/Work Environment Expectations:  

  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, and listen. The team member is frequently required to stoop, kneel, and crouch and occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance. The team member must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Worldpac expects to pay a base salary in the range provided on this job posting. Generally, we look to bring in candidates around the 50th percentile of the advertised range. However, this is never a guarantee. Within the range, individual pay will be determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
