Location: Alto, MI Shift: 3rd  Pay: $18.50 per hour

Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking an Assembly team member to join our team in Alto, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, helping us efficiently handle plastics, metal, and mechanical assemblies while maintaining quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Be Doing

 As an Assembly team member, your core responsibilities will include:
  Handling assemblies: Working with plastics, metal, and mechanical components to assemble products accurately.
  Lifting and moving materials: Safely lifting objects up to 50 lbs as needed to support production.
  Following instructions: Reading blueprints, work instructions, or process guidelines to ensure proper assembly.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and communicate effectively with your team to support smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
  Hand dexterity for precise assembly tasks
  Verbal and written communication skills
  Basic math skills (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Skills:
  English literacy: Ability to read and write in English for instructions and documentation
  Blueprint comprehension: Understanding written work instructions and blueprints
  Manufacturing experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
