We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our Human Resources Division at our office in West Palm Beach.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Division with a broad range of functions and executing and administering core HR processes. The role is primarily operational and focuses on coordination with payroll, benefits, reporting, recruiting activities, onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data, administering performance management processes, producing workforce reports, and supporting HR programs.

Responsibilities
- Independently manage new hire orientation to include scheduling and facilitating
- Prepare offer letters and new hire packets
- Process new hire paperwork including scheduling background screenings, pre-employment testing, I-9, and other HR-related documents
- Maintain HRIS employee databases
- Support weekly payroll process, including the review and any supporting documention
- Work with HRPB to configure Goal Setting and Performance Reviews in HRIS system
- Assist with developing the yearly Goals and Performance Reviews communications, including provide reports to HRBP & Division leads
- Work with HR Leader and Benefits Lead to plan, coordinate, and communicate company open enrollment process
- Respond to internal HR-related inquiries and request for Family Medical Leave Act and Short Term Disabilty
- Track and Manage Tuition Reimbursement, Professional Certifications and Referral Program
- Additional projects and duties, as needed
- Support College Recruiting activities and Internship Program, as needed
- Support Immigration Activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of human resources experience preferred
- Experience with an HRIS system
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- High degree of time management skills with the ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive materials
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. We are unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of employment visas
- This position will be physically located in the WGI Headquater in West Palm Beach, Florida
