The Wellness Support Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while adhering to ethical standards in counseling.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss any challenges, and plan for discharge when appropriate, ensuring continuity of care.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, using evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for all clients to track developments and support clinical decisions.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to explore clients' histories, presenting concerns, and treatment goals, ensuring thorough understanding and effective treatment alignment.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques and interventions suited to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to support professional growth and maintain adherence to best practices in therapeutic care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment and leverage additional resources as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient practice serves a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. The role requires a genuine commitment to understanding the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client, ensuring that the care you provide aligns with their cultural and personal values.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas is mandatory.
• At least one year of experience providing counseling services in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with electronic health record systems; familiarity with PIMSY or similar software is preferred.
• Experience conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Proven track record of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and utilizing digital counseling tools to enhance client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer you a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience. Our compensation structure operates on a fee-for-service model, providing you with the opportunity to earn based on the volume of clients served. Key benefits include:
