Growth Marketing Part Leader (E-commerce Sales Marketing Manager)

A talented, revenue-driven Marketing Professional to lead the globalization of K-Food. We are seeking a senior-level leader who can drive direct online sales, design high-converting promotional campaigns, and manage a high-performing marketing team to hit aggressive revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive promotional calendars, seasonal sales events, and product launch strategies to directly drive D2C revenue growth.

  • Revenue & KPI Management: Own the daily, weekly, and monthly online sales targets. Monitor sales performance and pivot promotional tactics in real-time to hit goals.

  • Performance & ROI Marketing: Oversee paid media budgets (Meta, Google, etc.) with a strict focus on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to drive immediate sales volume.

  • Digital Merchandising & Content: Supervise channel-specific content strategies (Email, SMS, Social Media) designed to convert prospects into buyers. Lead viral marketing and influencer campaigns that trigger direct impulse buys.

  • E-commerce Storefront Sales: Optimize the Shopify D2C storefront for maximum sales conversion. Manage product placements, bundles, upselling tactics, and promotional pricing layouts.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the marketing team to align all creative and analytical efforts toward overarching company sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of directly owning and hitting sales/revenue quotas.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing Shopify as a commercial sales platform (setting up discounts, collections, and conversion apps).
    Languages: Native or professional fluency in both Korean and English (Required).

  • Skills: Exceptional commercial mindset—balancing data-driven sales analysis with a strong instinct for what creative content drives consumer purchasing behavior.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (creative, inventory, logistics) to execute high-stakes sales campaigns under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Platform Experience: Hands-on experience driving sales on external marketplaces like Weee!, Amazon, or TikTok Shop.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Food Industry (Food distribution, meal kits, cold-chain e-commerce).

  • Mindset: A highly competitive, results-oriented professional who thrives on hitting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
