Work Environment

The Physical Therapist position is situated within a dynamic outpatient office in Saratoga, a vibrant community known for its picturesque views and commitment to health and wellness. You will work onsite, surrounded by a diverse patient population seeking rehabilitation for various orthopedic conditions. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients, identifying their specific conditions and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans using evidence-based practices to enhance patient movement and alleviate discomfort.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, typically treating 1-2 patients per hour, to ensure focused and attentive care.
  • Regularly monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols to optimize outcomes.
  • Document all patient interactions and progress notes meticulously using WebPT, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to establish comprehensive care strategies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adult patients who are navigating recovery from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. You will be instrumental in providing care that is tailored to each individual's goals, empowering them to regain their functional abilities and live more active lives. Your expertise will help guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, making a significant impact on their health and well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active Physical Therapy license in California or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate patients in their rehabilitation process.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
  • Experience with rehabilitation techniques and modalities specific to orthopedic conditions.
  • Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
