Work Environment

Working onsite at our Ashburn location, you will experience a collaborative atmosphere alongside two other physical therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify the individual needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to optimize patients' recovery and mobility.
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation technologies and EMR software like WebPT to document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and other therapeutic modalities, specifically focusing on improving range of motion and functional outcomes.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals when necessary to foster a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Manage a steady caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring high-quality interactions and personalized treatment delivery.
• Regularly monitor and analyze patient progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to meet evolving rehabilitation needs.
• Educate and inspire patients on self-management strategies, fitness regimens, and injury prevention techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with diverse cases, from post-surgical rehabilitation to preventative care for sports injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic care preferred.
• Experience working in sports medicine or rehabilitation settings will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
