Work Environment

The physical therapist will work onsite in our outpatient office, a warm and inviting space designed to enhance the patient experience. Our facility is equipped with advanced rehabilitation tools and devices, enabling our team to deliver high-quality care. The office operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a work-life balance that caters to both our staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personalized treatment, working with 1-2 patients per hour to deliver focused care aligned with their individual rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities and therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility, enhance strength, and alleviate pain effectively.
• Assess patient progress continually and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records in WebPT, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to refine skills and stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
