Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments to patients, ensuring a patient-to-therapist ratio of 1 to 2 per hour to maintain high-quality care.
  • Employ a range of evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy, physical modalities, and therapeutic exercises, to optimize patient movement and reduce discomfort.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust each patient's treatment plan based on their individual progress, recovery goals, and feedback, fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
  • Document all patient interactions and progress using our specialized software, WebPT, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Educate patients about their conditions, therapeutic processes, and injury prevention strategies to empower them in their recovery journeys.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our approach emphasizes building strong rapport with patients, understanding their unique challenges, and tailoring rehabilitation strategies to meet their specific needs. Your expertise will directly impact the well-being and recovery outcomes of a diverse group of patients.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Candidates with a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution are preferred.
  • An active Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility to obtain one is required.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
  • A proactive, compassionate, and engaging demeanor, essential for effective rehabilitation.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with advanced rehabilitation technologies and methodologies is a plus.
