Webflow Jobs Information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Data Analyst, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Data Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistics, and a relevant degree such as in mathematics, statistics, or computer science. Familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, Python or R, and experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI are typically required. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills help analysts interpret data insights and present findings clearly to stakeholders. These skills are crucial for transforming raw data into actionable business insights that drive informed decision-making.

What are some common challenges Data Analysts face when working with large datasets, and how are they typically addressed?

Data Analysts often encounter challenges such as data quality issues, missing or inconsistent values, and slow processing times when handling large datasets. These challenges are typically addressed by implementing data cleaning routines, using advanced data management tools, and leveraging programming languages like Python or R for efficient data manipulation. Collaboration with database administrators and IT teams is also common to ensure data integrity and optimize data storage solutions. Staying updated with best practices in data wrangling and visualization helps Data Analysts deliver accurate and actionable insights.

What does a Data Analyst do?

A Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help organizations make informed business decisions. They use statistical tools and software to interpret data sets, identify trends, and create visual reports. Data Analysts often collaborate with other departments to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning. Their work helps organizations optimize operations, track performance, and solve business problems using data-driven approaches.

How much does an entry level data analyst make?

Entry-level data analysts typically earn between $55,000 and $70,000 annually, depending on the industry and location. Starting salaries may be higher with relevant skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

What jobs make $3,000 a month without a degree?

Data analysts can sometimes earn around $3,000 per month with relevant skills in data visualization, Excel, and basic statistical tools, even without a formal degree. Entry-level roles or freelance work in data analysis, digital marketing, or customer support may also reach this income level, especially with experience and certifications. However, salaries vary based on location, industry, and skill level.

Will AI replace a data analyst?

AI tools can automate routine data processing and basic analysis tasks, but data analysts are essential for interpreting complex data, making strategic decisions, and providing context. The role of a data analyst involves skills like critical thinking, domain knowledge, and communication that AI cannot fully replicate. Therefore, AI is more likely to augment rather than replace data analysts in the foreseeable future.

What is the difference between Data Analyst vs Data Scientist?

Job description

At Webflow, we're building the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we're doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we're here to build it together.

We're looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to prove what great agentic web operations look like in production-and turn those learnings into durable platform leverage.

You'll operate at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Engineering-turning first-of-kind deployments into reusable patterns that shape Webflow's platform roadmap.

Engagements are time-bound, and success is measured by how quickly solutions become reusable without ongoing FDE involvement.  If a solution only works for one customer, it's not complete.

About the role:

  • Location: Remote-first (United States)
  • Full-time
  • Permanent
  • Exempt
  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $158,300 - $190,000
      • Zone B: $148,300 - $178,000
      • Zone C: $140,000 - $168,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.

  • Application Information:
    • Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
    • This posting is for a new position
  • Reporting to the Director, Solutions Architects

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll ...

  • Embed with strategic enterprise accounts to map business-critical workflows
  • Architect and implement agentic workflows using Webflow APIs, CMS, and AI capabilities
  • Build integrations across external platforms (analytics, CRM, DAM, data pipelines)
  • Design systems with observability, rollback, permissioning, and governance from day one
  • Ensure deployments are durable, scalable, and operate without ongoing FDE involvement
  • Identify where workflows break down and distinguish product gaps from customer-specific issues
  • Produce reusable architectures, reference implementations, and documented anti-patterns
  • Engage pre-sale to de-risk complex AI and integration use cases

About you:

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in solutions engineering, forward deployment, or customer-facing engineering roles
  • Strong fluency in APIs, automation, data pipelines, and integration architectures
  • Experience building systems that operate on live web properties at scale
  • Solid front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks)
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n or similar)
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver in first-of-kind environments
  • Willingness to travel ~1x/month for embedded customer engagements

You'll thrive as a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer if you:

  • Think in systems, not just features
  • Balance speed with production discipline
  • Know when to generalize vs. keep something bespoke
  • Can say no clearly when work doesn't create leverage
  • Are energized by real-world constraints and production environments
  • Have experience with (or strong curiosity about) agentic AI and LLM-driven workflows
  • Are familiar with Webflow or similar CMS / visual development platforms
  • Stay curious and open to growth - demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
Our Core Behaviors:
  • Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
  • Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
  • Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
  • Deliver with speed, quality, and craft. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we do so without lowering the bar.
Benefits
  • Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
  • Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
  • Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
  • Time off that's actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
  • Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
  • Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
  • Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses - from Wi-Fi to workouts.
  • Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.

Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.
