The Enterprise Sales Specialist is a strategic overlay role focused on selling a new, AI-native software product to industrial manufacturing companies. This is a uniquely entrepreneurial opportunity to launch a new product within an established and well-resourced company. The successful candidate will partner with company leadership to bring this new product to market, with the opportunity to cross-sell into thousands of existing customers and a robust marketing engine behind them to drive new logo wins. Deep familiarity with this buyer is essential to speak credibly from day one.

This role reports to the VP of Sales. Given the importance of a successful cross-functional launch, this role will also partner directly with the GM of Commercial and Vector's executive leadership team.

What You'll Do:

• Bring a new Vector solution to market in the industrial and manufacturing space, shaping how we target and position it in the market.
• Grow the new solution across Vector's commercial portfolio, cross-selling and upselling into existing customer accounts.
• Close net-new logos, partnering with SDR and demand gen on pipeline while owning the deal from first conversation to signature.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the solution's value proposition to technical and operational buyers.
• Partner closely with core Account Executive teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate account strategy.
• Stay ahead of industrial and manufacturing sector trends, buyer priorities, and the competitive landscape, and bring that insight back to the business.
• Communicate with customers to identify operational challenges and position Vector's solution against those needs
• Serve as a subject matter expert on this new product line for the broader B2B sales organization.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management post-sale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven SaaS sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling workflow software solutions strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sectors from a sales perspective: knows the buyer, the sales motion, and how to close and execute in current market.
• Strong command of the SaaS sales process, from prospecting through close.
• Proven sales acumen with the drive to sell a new product offering and grow it into a meaningful revenue line.
• Strong sales, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
