Overview
Big Sky Resort's terrain parks are growing-and we need skilled operators to help sculpt the ride. As a Terrain Park Snowcat Operator, you'll play a key role in shaping, grooming, and maintaining four parks across the mountain under the guidance of the Terrain Park Manager. From major builds to daily touch-ups, your work will set the stage for unforgettable guest experiences. If you've got the skills and the stoke, let's build something awesome.

Responsibilities
  • Help design and lay out terrain park features across multiple parks
  • Operate a snowcat to build and maintain jumps, rails, transitions, and event setups
  • Collaborate with the terrain park team and grooming staff to meet deadlines and dial in details
  • Keep park build logs updated every shift to ensure consistency and safety
  • Maintain all features in photo-worthy condition-clean lines, clean execution

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in terrain park snowcat operation and feature construction
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for riding or skiing
  • Willingness to work beyond scheduled hours to finish builds and meet deadlines
  • Clear communicator who works well in a team environment
  • Abillity to lift, push or pull up to 40 pounds
  • must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
