Responsibilities
  • Lead the Education Revolution: Drive daily operations, oversee budgets, and cultivate an exceptional Education team.
  • Craft the Ultimate Student Experience: Nurture, train, and motivate your team to provide outstanding education and support services.
  • Champion Compliance and Integrity: Ensure UTI's operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
  • Build an All-Star Team: Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.
Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, Business Administration or Management preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in leadership or management roles

Skills

  • Project Management and strategic thinking prowess.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong people and leadership abilities.
  • Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
