Pediatrics Blank 3 is a general pediatric unit that provides care for babies, children, and teens. The Patient Care Technician performs procedures for patients and provides support under the supervision of an RN. Successful performance contributes to a holistic approach to the delivery of services, improved patient care, and a high level of satisfaction from patients and families.

- PCT performs patient care and treatments under supervision of a RN. Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN.
- Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients.
- Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule.
- Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Minimum of 75 hour CNA certification preferred.
- Dept of Labor Level III (Medium) Work.
