Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients across all age demographics, addressing various mental health issues and life challenges.
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring timely completion of progress notes and treatment reviews using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Scheduling ongoing client appointments and managing your calendar effectively to optimize service delivery and client engagement.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and other therapists, to share insights, discuss case management strategies, and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, complemented by performance bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
