Unity Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position focused on providing high-quality therapeutic care at our Detox Center in San Tan Valley, Arizona. Work Environment

This position operates remotely, allowing our social workers flexibility while ensuring they remain connected with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellent patient care. Our detox center specializes in helping individuals through the challenging process of detoxification while addressing any co-occurring mental health issues. As part of our team, your contributions will play a crucial role in not just providing therapeutic support, but also in coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, enhancing the overall treatment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to understand each patient’s unique challenges and strengths.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual needs, cultural considerations, and personal goals. You will actively involve clients in their treatment processes.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to empower clients in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute distress, ensuring that they receive the immediate support they need.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, which includes progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic protocols and relevant regulations.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective management of mental health conditions.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure coordinated action and comprehensive care for patients.
• Regularly assess treatment plan effectiveness through outcome evaluations, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize patient progress.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and developments in mental health to continue enhancing your clinical practice.
• Commit to ethical standards, maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of patient information at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work at Unity Care Services will focus primarily on clients who are in the process of detoxification and who may also have underlying mental health conditions. This demographic often faces unique challenges related to trauma, substance use, and the transition to sobriety. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in substance use treatment, mental health, and crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and culturally sensitive therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and additional skills. Beyond salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
