Nationality Requirements

Position Summary
This role is responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities within a designated value stream. This role involves overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes and deliver high-quality products or services.

Job Description
Duties Responsible:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of individuals within the value stream.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Implement Lean or Agile principles to optimize processes within the value stream.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that products or services meet defined quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations within the value stream.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork. Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support the professional development of team members.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the value stream.
- Generate regular reports on production performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the value stream.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Required Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate must possess the following
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing or operational setting.
- Familiarity with Lean or Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement data-driven solutions.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
