Turning Point USA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2012 by Charlie Kirk. The organization's mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote the principles of freedom, free markets, and limited government. Job Description: A Faith Regional Manager is responsible for working with and serving pastors and ministry leaders, launching new Faith Groups, mobilizing local leaders for various events and initiatives, all while building a strong network throughout the territory. Faith Regional Managers are also responsible for connecting with interested leads; starting groups and building a strong, long-lasting pastors coalition; equipping Christians with our resources; organizing local initiatives; conducting outreach to prospective members; giving oral presentations; importing and organizing data; and networking on behalf of the organization at events and conferences.
The ideal candidate works as a team to ensure the success of Faith Groups, local initiatives, and the Faith Strategic Program overall. The ideal candidate will first fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation. The Faith Regional Manager reports directly to the Senior Strategic Managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience on staff at a church.
  • Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.
  • Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, and Facebook).
  • Passion for conservative ideals and principles.
  • Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proven leadership development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision.
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
  • Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance.
  • Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
