We are seeking an experienced NDE Technician for a full-time position in the Deer Park, TX area. Performs nondestructive inspection of material, parts, components, and/or pressurized systems; interprets data from tests; maintains equipment; and supervises NDE activities in accordance to referencing code. Non-exempt role; Reports to Area Manager; Develops procedures for performance of variety of duties / performs complex duties within established guidelines.
  • Local candidates only, no per diem

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have valid NDE certifications and relevant experience
  • UT, PT and MT
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, turnaround environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
  • TWIC card required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Documentation needed: certifications and resume

Functional Requirements:
  • Conducts NDT inspections in various methods
  • Interprets and reports results of inspections
  • Provide support to Level III
  • Instruct and/or supervise trainees
  • Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction

Compensation
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
