During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Work in a team and develop a sales strategy for the assigned portfolio.
  • For outbound leads: outreach prospects from your portfolio via phone and email to schedule appointments for consultations and further steps.
  • Analyze and strategize how to manage and create a good opportunity with accounts assigned to your portfolio.
  • Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their needs.
  • Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets along with being a part of a larger Sales Team.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Korean (C1 level).
  • 1+ years of proven experience in sales, including prospecting, account development, and closing deals
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage high-level decision makers and manage complex sales cycles
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently
  • Coachable and open to feedback, with the ability to quickly adapt and refine your sales approach
  • Strong goal orientation and motivation to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Ability to work in evening/night shift
