What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire our Reservations & Guest Experience Team
• Elevate every guest interaction across phone, email, text, chat, and online platforms
• Coach and develop a high-performing hospitality team
• Improve booking conversion, guest satisfaction, and service quality
• Lead guest recovery efforts and turn challenges into memorable experiences
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Drive continuous improvement through technology, analytics, and innovation

Requirements
We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hospitality, tourism, guest services, or reservations experience
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience
• A natural coach who enjoys building strong, engaged teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
