Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, couple, and family counseling through virtual sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to each client.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment and progress.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Stay updated on the latest research and methodologies in mental health counseling, participating in training sessions to enhance clinical skills.
• Engage actively in clinic staff meetings to share insights, discuss client cases, and promote best practices among team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Your expertise is crucial in creating a safe space for clients to navigate their struggles, enabling significant progress and improved well-being in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field is required.
• A valid and active state license as a professional counselor (LPC) in good standing is mandatory.
• Demonstrable experience providing counseling services, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect empathetically with clients.

Compensation and Benefits
