Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to establish their mental health needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their unique circumstances and aspirations.
• Provide individual, couple, and family counseling services utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment for clients.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling.
• Participate actively in clinic staff meetings, contributing insights and suggestions to improve service delivery and team collaboration.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals experiencing various mental health issues, couples facing relational challenges, and families needing support through crises. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia, in good standing.
• A proven track record of providing effective counseling services in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive rapport with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability and willingness to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional growth and adherence to ethical standards in practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or those with trauma histories, is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
