Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team and serve as the connective tissue of our go-to-market engine.
Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, you will architect and govern our HubSpot CRM ecosystem, lead revenue team sprints with disciplined agile practices, and serve as the strategic owner of AI adoption across the revenue organization. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to the CRO — built for an operator who thrives in complexity, runs toward ambiguity, and measures success in pipeline velocity and rep productivity.

Total Compensation:
The base salary for this role is $115,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience. We also offer equity (stock options with standard 4-year vesting / 1-year cliff), because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business.
