Inbound Enrollment SpecialistAbout Thriveworks

Thriveworks is a clinician-founded and led mental health provider offering therapy and psychiatry services both in person and online. With 340+ offices and more than 2,200 clinicians across the United States, Thriveworks is committed to making mental health care more accessible and helping people get the support they need.

About the Job

Our Center of Excellence is built on a culture of service excellence, and our Client Enrollment Specialists play a vital role in helping individuals begin their mental health journey. This consultative inside sales role combines empathy with sales skills to build trust, understand client needs, and guide prospective clients into care. Compensation

The base salary starts at $40,000 ($19.23/hour).

In addition to base salary, Enrollment Specialists have the opportunity to earn $0-$20,000+ in annual commission, based on individual performance and achievement of established goals.

Responsibilities

Sales & Enrollment

  • Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments through consultative sales techniques.

  • Build trust quickly by understanding each prospective client's unique needs, concerns, and goals.

  • Confidently guide prospective clients through the decision-making process using empathy, active listening, and solution-oriented conversations.

  • Effectively communicate the value of Thriveworks' mental health services.

  • Ask for the commitment and confidently close enrollment opportunities.

  • Utilize proven sales techniques to overcome objections while maintaining a compassionate, client-first approach.

  • Recommend alternative providers, appointment options, or services when the client's preferred choice is unavailable.

  • Maximize conversion opportunities while ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience.

Performance

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and quality metrics including:

    • Conversion Rate, Intakes, Appointment show rate, Revenue Contribution, QA, Scheduled adherence, and Productivity.

Requirements
  • Sales experience is required.

  • Demonstrated success in a high-volume sales environment, preferably inside sales, phone sales, healthcare, digital health, or a similar industry.

  • Proven ability to influence, persuade, overcome objections, and close sales.

  • Strong customer service and call center experience required.

  • Experience in mental health or healthcare preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with a diverse range of clients.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while actively engaging with clients.

  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.

  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, preferred.

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving organization and changing business needs.

  • Must have a designated, quiet workspace that allows for client confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA requirements.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to meet the technology requirements of a remote call center environment.

  • Center of Excellence (CoE) Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 12 am EST; Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST (subject to change).

  • This is an FT position with benefits, ranging between 32 and 40 hours per week, depending on the business needs.
