Tecomet is expanding its machining team in Warsaw, IN to support growing demand in precision medical and aerospace manufacturing. This CNC Machinist II position is ideal for experienced machinists who can independently set up and operate CNC equipment while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity in a clean manufacturing environment with room to grow into higher-level machinist or programming roles.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate CNC machines within specified tolerances
- Machine complex components from various metals and alloys
- Perform progressive machining operations requiring close tolerance control
- Make tooling changes and minor offset adjustments for tool wear
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
- Maintain accurate job documentation (routers, job cards, logs)
- Perform routine machine maintenance and follow PM schedules
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain 5S standards and safe work practices
- Escalate technical or production issues to leadership when necessary

- Associate degree or machinist certificate
